This property is only to be used by Family, staff of Middlebury Chiropractic and close friends of Norman and Carolyn Miller
You can catch the Pioneer Trails at the McDonalds in Middlebury and arrive within 1/2 mile of my property.
Parkland Ave is off of Beneva Highway, about ½ mile from the famous Mennonite Mecca, Pinecraft. Public transportation (SCAT) can easily be used for Siesta Beach.
Availability from May 1 through October 31.
Guests Nightly Donations
Nightly stays will be $50.00 from May 1 – October 31. The unit is expected to be clean upon departure.
Weekly Rates
Cost of this Unit is $300.00 for 7 days, plus a $75.00 deposit with a total cost of $375.00.
$75.00 Deposit
If the unit is clean upon completion of the vacation, the $75.00 will be refunded to the guest. If anything needs to be repaired or replaced, it will be deducted from the $75.00 deposit. If a cleaning lady’s service will need to be secured, the $75.00 will not be refunded.
November through April
The only exception is when someone is staying with Henry and Polly Yoder and then the charge will be $15.00 for each person per night.
We are giving a deep discounted rate to my parents because they are Mom and Dad, and because they are maintaining the property very well. We do not profit from their stay. That is why we ask for additional donations when you stay with them.

Reservations & Reservation Deposits
For confirmed advanced reservations, the following minimum stays are required:
Reservation Deposit of one week’s rent is required to confirm a reservation. Fifteen day notice of cancellation is required for return of deposit.
Security Deposit
Guests agrees to pay a security deposit of $75. The Security Deposit will be paid at arrival and refunded approximately 30 days after departure. If no property needs repair and we do not need the services of a cleaning lady, the security deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your reservation up to fifteen days before you arrive and receive your full reservation deposit back.
Check-In / Checkout
Upon receipt of your payment, your Reservation Confirmation will be mailed to you. We will also give you instructions as to where you can pick up a key, along with further information.
Check-In is 3:00 PM
All donations are to be given in full before the first day of the rental.
Check-Out is 1:00 pm (unless an exception is made in advance)
Guests must vacate the property and return the keys before any security deposit is returned.
Unit Equipment
The unit is equipped for basic vacation needs. Bed linens, towels and kitchen linens, and beach towels are provided. A supply of bath soap, auto dishwasher detergent, trash bags and toilet paper are available for all rentals. You will need to bring or purchase additional supplies.
Your cell phone must be used during your stay.
The guest rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment, which includes TV’s, VCR’s, DVD’s, air conditioning units, hot water heaters, stoves, refrigerators, door locks, etc. We reserve the right to enter any unit to address a maintenance issue.
Maximum Occupancy
The two bedroom units are equipped for four people. There is an additional $15 charge for the fifth person over the age of five. Take note of the maximum number of guests allowed in the unit before making your reservation.
No Smoking
Pet Policy
No pets allowed.
Cleaning
Our guests will agree to maintain the cleanliness of the premises during the occupancy and to leave the premises in good condition upon departure.
Additional Provisions
Our Florida Representative may enter the premises at any time in the event of emergency or to address a maintenance issue.
Disclaimer
The Guests agree that Norman and Carolyn Miller shall not be liable for any injuries sustained while on this property.
